I have been complaining along with countless others of the quality of Jordan sneakers coming out these past few years. I have experienced this low quality several times, and today I experienced it yet again. Probably the worse experience yet.....Above is a pic of my 2011 Retro VII Bordeaux's in which there is a fucking Rip in the left side upper of the right shoe that came from two wears! Thats right two fuckin wears! How the fuck does this happen?
I called customer service and per the representative, if I filed a claim and sent the shoes in to be inspected then I may receive a "refund voucher" for the Retail price of the shoe. That is if the claim is approved. I guess having the "smoking gun" in this case the pair of shoes that are damaged after 2 wears is not good enough to guarantee me a refund. This is all irrelevant to me as I bought this pair because I like this silhouette and colorway and you can't even by a pair of these now for less than $200 or more. So its not like I can get the voucher and by another pair of the same as they don't make them anymore! Also why do I have to get a voucher? Why can't I get cash?....I paid cash!
This is just insult to injury and really furthers my separation from a brand that makes billions of dollars a year and cant take care of it's OG consumers and fan base. Jordan brand continues to lower quality and up their prices year after year! A quick search on the internet will lead you to various complaints of faulty JB products. I for one am fed up! No more J's for me unless its to make a quick buck.!! Fuck You JB!
